How It Works

Comprehensive Evaluation

We'll start with a conversation about your running history, goals, and any current or previous injuries. Then, we'll assess your strength, flexibility, and posture to get a complete picture of your physical condition.

Dynamic Gait Analysis

We'll observe your running form in action, using video analysis to identify any biomechanical imbalances, inefficiencies, or asymmetries that may be contributing to pain or hindering performance.
